The work in itself is fine, however with so many silly health and safety laws at this moment, it leaves very little for me to do in my work placement.

My placement is a vetinary pratice in Bridlington, East Yorkshire.
The things I do each day, are watching the morning consultations and operations - which is fine. Then I go for my lunch for an hour, come back, and there is nothing for me to do until the afternoon booking consultations are finnished.
I am meant to stand in them and watch, howver, the employees seem to forget that i am there, and i feel like a fly on the wall just watching the reception area.
After that I am forced to hoover and mopp up everywhere - and again i do not mind that. Then there is nothing whatsoever for me to do, so i basically stood around for ages doing nothing, waiting for my mother to come and pick me up.
- joys for all, as we live around 20 minutes away from bridlington.

However, this experience has not dampened my goal to become a vetinary nurse. It still looks like an interesting job.
